I solve problems all day every day, for a living. I am a veteran software engineer, and solving problems is what I do. RTD dumped this problem into my lap by harming me and many others, and now I am going to solve it. I approach problems with discipline, persistence, zero tolerance for failure, and a demand for full accountability.
EXPOSErtd.com is being built to document transit failure, collect rider harm testimony, organize evidence, and force full accountability through lawful, relentless, evidence-driven action — met with engineering precision. I want full accountability for the pain, suffering, lost wages, financial harm, and repeated dangerous midnight strandings inflicted on Denver’s most vulnerable residents. This project aims to end the apathetic indifference toward repeated preventable failures, financial losses, late-night rider abandonments, and the harm inflicted on riders who depend on RTD most.
Every failure should be documented, along with the needless harm it causes riders and their families. Every missed trip, no-show, canceled connection, bus passing you by, dangerous midnight stranding, lost wage, and preventable hardship belongs in the public record. IT'S ALL COMING OUT — soon, not later.
Additionally, all lawful avenues for accountability — including appropriate administrative, civil, and legal action — will be evaluated and pursued where the evidence supports them. Anything less would leave riders without the accountability and responsibility they deserve.
If RTD cannot reliably notify riders when buses and trains are late, canceled, or simply never show up without telling a soul, I'll build the system that does. I understand the GTFS-Realtime standard. Riders should not be left in the dark because an agency failed to solve a solvable engineering problem.
Rider testimony, repeated preventable failures, financial harm, and dangerous strandings all belong in one evidence-driven public record. This page is the beginning. Public transit should be as close to 100% safe and reliable as possible.
